When contractors compete you save money. The essence of our construction business is producing bid packages for sub-contractors like roofers and siding companies to bid our projects, with COMPLETE AND ACCURATE DATA. We are excited to pass this process on to you the consumer to organize and save thousands of dollars on your project!
The Process
After an appointment is scheduled, we send a team member out to your property to take a set or 8 or more pictures from all angles of your building. We then upload into an ingenious program that uses satellites and calculations to produce every exterior dimension into a list and on to a 2d and 3d model. The results is a comprehensive report of data needed to pass onto sub-contractors for accurate and comprehensive pricing.
Deliverables
We then deliver on to you, a hard copy of the report, an emailed PDF of the report, an RFQ (Request for Quote) document that we use to solicit bids, and a
material list.
